Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs
Whilst the full Scottish breakfast is still highly popular, by far our most popular breakfast choices are Scottish Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs served with a toasted bagel.
Local & Seasonal Produce
We use local food products wherever possible, and try to include seasonal produce in our menu choices to enable you to enjoy the best Scottish ingredients during your stay.
Our eggs are all free-range and are mostly from a farm overlooking the Moray coast. Bacon, sausages are sourced from Scottish butchers or food producers wherever possible, and we serve Scottish Smoked Salmon.
If you would like to try some traditional Scottish dishes during your stay in the Highlands please ask, and we will let you know what to look out for on the menus. There is a folder with sample menus from local restaurants in the hallway, and some information about local food specialties.
