Our Business Philosophy
We believe that those who chose to stay in a guest house rather than a hotel do so because it offers a more homely atmosphere and a truly personal service. We aim to provide a high quality and reliable service for our guests combined with a true desire to ensure they get the most from their stay with us. We hope you will enjoy visiting our web site and our guest house as much as we enjoyed providing them for you.
“Our Staff” – John & Susan
Inverglen Guest House is very much a family run establishment with all your requirements provided by John Frid & Susan White themselves. We live on the premises and ensure that we are available to answer your questions and help you in any way we can.
Our Background
Susan has a background in nursing and before taking on Inverglen Guest House was responsible for the running of a small hospital and a variety of community health teams. She is also a talented cook and her breakfasts and repertoire of cakes is reaching legendary status on TripAdvisor.
Before taking on Inverglen Guest House John worked as a senior manager for London Underground supporting the task of transforming the tube whilst keeping London moving. Much of this role was geared to helping London be ready for the 2012 Olympic games. John is also a keen photographer with a particular liking for landscapes. During the Autumn, Winter and Spring seasons John runs photographic workshops from Inverglen Guest House.
